1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing LuxaLine LLC, a subsidiary of SMC Global Holdings Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. LuxaLine provides interconnected VoIP and mobile virtual network services.

2. Billing and Recurring Charges

By providing your payment method, you authorize LuxaLine LLC (via our merchant processor Stripe) to charge the recurring monthly fee per provisioned line. All charges will appear as LUXALINE LLC on your statement.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may cancel their service at any time via the Client Terminal. Due to the instantaneous cryptographic provisioning of our network, partial-month refunds are not provided.

4. E911 Acknowledgment

By utilizing our services, you acknowledge the specific limitations of E911 emergency dialing over secure data networks, as detailed in our dedicated E911 Disclosure.
