LuxaLine LLC ("LuxaLine," "we," "our") is engineered for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and corporate fleets requiring absolute privacy. This policy outlines our zero-compromise approach to data collection, encryption, and the protection of your Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI).
Under federal law, you have the right, and we have a duty, to protect the confidentiality of your CPNI. CPNI includes information relating to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, and amount of use of your telecommunications services. LuxaLine explicitly does not sell, trade, or share your CPNI with third-party marketers or advertisers under any circumstances. CPNI is utilized strictly for network routing, billing, and fraud prevention.
We collect strictly necessary operational data to maintain your encrypted connection to our Tier-1 host networks. This includes device IMEI, eSIM ICCID, billing information securely tokenized via Stripe, and localized network telemetry required for zero-downtime global roaming.
LuxaLine operates under a strict legal threshold. We will not disclose client identities, network logs, or billing ledgers to any third party or government entity without a direct, legally binding federal subpoena or court order. We utilize zero-knowledge architectures wherever technologically feasible.
Access to the LuxaLine Client Terminal and eSIM provisioning vault is secured via passwordless biometric authentication and localized device cryptography. We do not store biometric templates on our servers.
