LuxaLine LLC operates as a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) and interconnected VoIP provider. In compliance with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) mandates, we are required to inform all clients of the critical differences and limitations between traditional terrestrial phone services and our secure, data-routed network capabilities regarding 911 and Enhanced 911 (E911) emergency calls.
Unlike traditional landlines that are physically wired to a specific address, LuxaLine’s secure roaming architecture means our network may not automatically detect your exact physical location when dialing 911. You are required to register and maintain a current physical address (Registered Location) within your Client Terminal. If you dial 911, this Registered Location will be transmitted to the nearest Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP). Failing to update this address when relocating may result in emergency services being dispatched to the wrong location.
LuxaLine E911 services may be limited or entirely unavailable under the following circumstances:
By activating a LuxaLine eSIM and utilizing our network, you explicitly acknowledge these E911 limitations. You agree that LuxaLine LLC, its parent company SMC Global Holdings Inc., its executives, and its Tier-1 network aggregators cannot be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the inability to dial 911 or access emergency services through our network.
LuxaLine strongly recommends that all clients and their security personnel maintain an alternative means of accessing traditional 911 services, particularly when operating from remote locations or highly secure facilities with limited cellular penetration.
