Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Zero-Tolerance Enforcement

LuxaLine LLC maintains premium access to Tier-1 global cellular networks. To protect the integrity of our infrastructure and the privacy of our client base, any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) will result in immediate, non-refundable termination of service and permanent hardware bricking at the network level.

2. Prohibited Activities

LuxaLine resources may not be utilized for any of the following:

• TCPA Violations & Spam: The deployment of auto-dialers, robocalls, or commercial SMS/MMS spam is strictly prohibited.
• Network Degradation: Utilizing continuous, unattended high-bandwidth data consumption (such as operating an unapproved localized server node or continuous multi-device tethering farms) that degrades the experience for other network clients.
• Illegal Transmissions: Engaging in fraud, extortion, intellectual property theft, or the distribution of illicit materials.
• Spoofing & Identity Masking: Falsifying caller ID data, utilizing the network to impersonate entities, or executing "swatting" attacks.

3. Network Triage and Hardware Lockdown

LuxaLine reserves the right to instantly throttle, suspend, or sever the connection of any device flagging unauthorized or anomalous network behavior. In the event of a compromised device, authorized account executives may trigger a "Lockdown Protocol," permanently voiding the active eSIM profile.

4. Merchant & Underwriting Compliance

Any account terminated for fraud or malicious network abuse forfeits all rights to a refund, and the account holder will be held liable for any chargeback penalties, network fines, or legal fees incurred by LuxaLine LLC.
